On Saturday, June 1, the UEFA Champions League final will take place, featuring Paris Saint-Germain and Inter Milan. The match will be held at the «Allianz Arena» in Munich and will kick off at 22:00 Kyiv time.
The finalists appear to be quite evenly matched in terms of quality, though they showcase different styles of play — setting the stage for a vibrant and intense showdown. At first glance, backing Inter to win at 2.25 looked tempting — that price seems a bit inflated, considering the Italians’ performances in this tournament.
However, questions arise about whether they’ve exhausted their emotional and physical reserves after an incredibly demanding battle with Barcelona, which they edged 7–6 on aggregate in dramatic fashion. Since then, Simone Inzaghi’s side suffered another blow — they lost their shot at the Serie A title, falling behind Napoli in the race.
The 2.15 odds for a PSG win seem slightly short in the main result market. Still, both teams are expected to score, which adds more intrigue for betting opportunities. An Inter victory wouldn’t be a shock, but I’m leaning toward a narrow PSG win in what should be a tightly contested match.

One of PSG’s trademarks in this Champions League campaign has been their dominance in select matches and the high volume of shots they generate. For example, they registered 27 attempts at home against Liverpool and 29 in the match versus Aston Villa.
In the semi-final, Arsenal managed to contain the French side, limiting them to just 11 shots in each leg. That was partly because Luis Enrique’s team scored first in both matches and then focused more on defense than usual.
Inter are known for not holding onto possession too long, often conceding the initiative to their opponents. That could allow PSG plenty of space to unleash a high number of shots — especially from distance. This trend was also visible in the semis, where Barcelona recorded 19 shots in the first leg and 22 in the second.

Among all the forwards set to feature in the Champions League final, Ousmane Dembélé is enjoying the most prolific season of his career.
A player whose talent has never been in doubt is finally translating it into numbers. Much of that comes down to Luis Enrique entrusting him with the role of central striker. In 48 appearances this season, the 28-year-old has scored 33 goals and provided 13 assists across all competitions.
Dembélé has been involved in a goal — either scoring or assisting — in each of his last five Champions League matches. And he’s done it against top-tier opposition: Liverpool, Aston Villa, and Arsenal. Averaging nearly one goal contribution per game, there’s every reason to believe he’ll make his mark in the final as well.
