1. KÜEHNE + NAGEL

One of the largest logistics companies in the world, with 1,400 offices in 109 countries. Founded in 1890 as a classical shipping company. Has been operating in Ukraine since 1992 with a staff of 450 employees at 10 locations.
Kuehne + Nagel's services include: export-import-transit cargo, FCL container shipments (Full Container Load), LCL container shipments (Less Container Load), intermodal transportation, marine cargo insurance, customs brokerage, project logistics, cargo consolidation at own warehouses in ports worldwide, and door-to-door delivery.
The company sees its strengths in sea and air logistics, automotive and contract logistics, with a focus on integrated logistics solutions. By 2030, Kuehne + Nagel aims to make all of its deliveries CO2-neutral.
2. DSV LOGISTICS

Year founded: 1976
CEO: Andriy POTSILUYENKO
The fifth-largest transport and logistics company in the world, with offices in 80 countries and handling 30 million shipments annually. It has 6 million sq. m of warehouse space.
DSV has been operating in Ukraine since 2013. It offers international road transport, sea container shipping, air freight, project logistics, warehousing, distribution, customs brokerage, and cargo insurance.

3. FM LOGISTICS UKRAINE

Year founded: 1967
CEO: Sébastien LARDELLIER
The company began with 12 employees and seven vehicles. It now operates in 14 countries and earns 60% of its revenue abroad. It has 27,200 employees, 4 million sq. km of warehouse space, and 3,500 vehicles. Its highest revenue was in the 2018–2019 fiscal year, reaching €1.3 billion.
The group positions itself as an expert in distribution, consumer goods, cosmetics and beauty, industry, and healthcare. The largest share of revenue comes from distribution (31%) and cosmetics and perfumes (28%). Key clients include Carrefour, Auchan, Billa (distribution); L’Occitane, L’Oreal, Shiseido, Dior, Clarins, Natura (cosmetics). Operating in Ukraine since 1996.
4. RABEN

CEO: Inna OCHERETNA
With 89 years of history, the company’s annual turnover is €130 million. Raben has branches in 12 European countries. Its Ukrainian branch has been active since 2003, employing 500 people with offices in seven cities, 70,000 sq. m of warehouse space, and 600 vehicles.
Last year, Raben Group acquired 50% of Fenthol & Sandtmann, becoming the sole shareholder of Raben in Germany.
Services include warehouse logistics, international and domestic freight transport, customs clearance, sea freight, contract logistics, and Fresh Logistics (for fresh goods requiring temperatures from 0°C to +6°C).
5. EKOL UKRAINE

The company has 1 million sq. m of closed warehouse space in 12 European countries, two ferries, 52 weekly rail routes, and a fleet of 6,000 vehicles. Its annual turnover is about €600 million.
Ekol has operated in Ukraine since 2012, after signing an agreement with local logistics company “Komora-S”. It has 55,000 sq. m of warehouse space and specializes in apparel logistics—one of the most complex segments. It works with brands like LC Waikiki, Colin’s, LTB, and more. Ekol uses the Rainbow inventory system, which allows clients to track stock levels, replenish inventory, and monitor product history across the logistics chain.
6. ZAMMLER

Year founded: 2007
CEO: Victor SHEVCHENKO
Zammler is a Ukrainian logistics operator. Active since 2007, it now has offices in Poland, China, and Kazakhstan. It provides road, sea, rail, and air transport services, customs brokerage, and full warehouse services. In 2021, the company planned to open another terminal with 60,000 sq. m of space.
7. PAKLINE LOGISTICS

Pakline Group, founded in Dnipro in 2004, now has 52,700 sq. m of warehouse space, 114 vehicles, representation in 12 Ukrainian cities, and 882 employees. In Kyiv, Dnipro, and Hostomel, the company has A and B+ class warehouse complexes.
Pakline offers logistics consulting, conveyor-based fulfillment, warehousing, express courier delivery within Ukraine and abroad, cold chain logistics for pharma and FMCG, and services for e-commerce.
8. UVK
Country of origin: Ukraine
Year founded: 2001
CEO: Yevhen NAVROTSKYI
UVK is the first Ukrainian 3PL operator, entering the market in 2001. (3PL, or Third-Party Logistics, includes a range of services from delivery and warehousing to order management and shipment tracking.) By 2006, it launched a national program guaranteeing delivery to retail chains within two days—“Ukraine in 48 hours.” UVK is affiliated with Fozzy Group, one of Ukraine’s largest retailers, though only some divisions are its clients.
Services include customs brokerage, international forwarding, fulfillment, cargo delivery and storage. The company offers regular consolidated cargo transport from China and other parts of Southeast Asia, North and South America, and ensures weekly shipments from Shanghai, Ningbo, Hong Kong. It handles imports and exports via European ports, a warehouse in Warsaw, and Ukrainian ports. UVK operates 8 A and B-class logistics centers and 27 cross-dock terminals. 10. DB SCHENKER UKRAINE

The official freight forwarder for nine Olympic Games, the company handles European logistics for the Mercedes AMG Petronas Formula 1 team. It has over 8 million sq. m of warehouse space and 24,500 employees across 750 offices. Its Ukrainian branch was opened in 1998. DB Schenker offers road, rail, air, and sea transport, as well as contract logistics services.
